A European manufacturer's Asia business was running up losses in the millions. The task was to turn things around and reorganise.
Approach
A detailed analysis on site revealed that the organisational and structural units set up didn't match the level of sales achievable and the targets set. Appropriate downsizing was required and the sales activities in the various countries had to be re organised.
Result
Within just two years, the business was successfully restructured and sales and profitability were growing.
