An established and strong brand wanted to find new products in international markets and have them manufactured under licence.

Approach
First of all, ifm Food Marketing conducted a market analysis to clarify what products would fit in well with this brand and in which markets which products could be potential successes. We then looked for, contacted and negotiated with potential manufacturers. ifm Food Marketing controlled and took full responsibility for the entire process.

Result
New licence agreements were concluded in European and Asian markets for the products defined.
